Privacy Policy for 1x: fruits developed by Neptune Mobiware

Last Updated: May 3, 2026

Commitment

This Privacy Policy applies to the 1x: fruits mobile application and its companion website at cocktails0021.com. (No tiny-print escape hatches — what's here is what we actually do.) 1x: fruits developed by Neptune Mobiware ("we", "our", "us") is the developer. By tapping "Accept" on the privacy screen at first launch, or by continuing to use the App and the site, you agree to what's described below.

We don't sell your data. We don't build advertising profiles about you inside the App. We do share a small set of technical details with two named partners (named in the Partners section below) so the App knows where it came from and can deliver the occasional push notification — and that's the extent of it. Everything is transmitted over HTTPS; everything stored on your device sits inside the App's private sandbox under your operating system's standard protections.

Data

What the App collects automatically

The App generates a random anonymous identifier the first time you open it and stores that identifier on your device — it isn't your email, your name, or anything you'd recognise. It's a long string of letters and numbers that lets us count "people who tapped Accept" without having any idea who you are. The App also reads your device's language and region settings so the App and any notifications can speak the right language. That's the floor.

Advertising attribution (AppsFlyer)

So we know which advertisement, link, or store listing brought you to 1x: fruits, the App talks to AppsFlyer. AppsFlyer collects:

  • Your Google Advertising ID — a resettable identifier provided by Android specifically for this purpose
  • An install referrer — how you arrived at the Play Store listing (organic, ad campaign, etc.)
  • The attribution source and campaign name tied to your install
  • Standard device telemetry that AppsFlyer's service collects on its own (IP address, device model, OS version, etc. — see their policy linked below)

The App's anonymous user identifier is shared with AppsFlyer too, so AppsFlyer's records can line up with our own. We use this to understand which marketing channels actually work — not to target you with ads inside the App.

Push notifications (OneSignal)

For occasional push notifications (think: "new feature", not "ten daily reminders"), the App registers with OneSignal. When that happens, OneSignal generates and stores:

  • A subscription identifier unique to your install — used to address notifications to your device
  • A language tag derived from your device's language setting, so we can send notifications in the right language
  • Standard device information: model, operating system version, carrier, app version, timezone, and an approximate country derived from your IP address

Android 13 and later asks you to grant notification permission the first time. If you say no, no push notifications will be delivered — and you can revoke that permission anytime in Android system settings.

Built-in browser

The App includes a built-in browser used to display this Privacy Policy and the Support page directly inside the App. The built-in browser doesn't collect anything beyond what's listed above, but websites loaded in it can set their own cookies (including third-party cookies) and use local storage — exactly like Chrome or Safari would. Clearing the App's data wipes the browser's stored cookies and local storage along with everything else.

What stays only on your device

Most of what makes 1x: fruits useful never leaves your phone. The App stores the following locally and doesn't transmit any of it to us or anyone else:

  • Your favorited recipes, star ratings, and personal notes
  • Your "My Bar" inventory of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, juices, syrups, and garnishes
  • Your shopping list entries
  • Optional photos you attach to recipe notes (chosen from your gallery or captured fresh with your device's camera) — saved in the App's private documents folder only
  • The daily-spin record that enforces "one spin per local day"
  • Settings preferences (units, ABV display, mocktail-only mode, daily reminder time)

If you toggle on the Daily Reminder, the App schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. The notification fires from your device, not from a server — your reminder time isn't transmitted anywhere.

Support and bug reports

The App's Support page (which opens inside the built-in browser) includes a contact form. When you choose to send a support request, you can submit:

  • Your name and email address
  • A short message (up to 2,000 characters) describing your question or the issue
  • An optional attachment — an image or a PDF document, chosen via your device's standard file picker (which can also let you take a fresh photo with your device's camera app if you prefer)

This information is sent only when you tap "Send message", and we use it solely to reply to you and resolve the issue. The App itself doesn't request a camera permission — your device's camera app handles capture, and the file picker is the standard system one.

How long we keep things

The anonymous identifier and on-device data persist until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Cookies in the built-in browser follow the rules each website sets (most expire after a session or a few weeks). The Google Advertising ID is managed by your device — you control it. The AppsFlyer install identifier is tied to your installation and resets when you uninstall and reinstall. The OneSignal subscription identifier exists as long as the App is installed and notifications are permitted.

Partners

The two third-party services that receive any of the data above:

  • AppsFlyer Ltd. — mobile attribution and marketing analytics. Receives the Google Advertising ID, install attribution data, the App's anonymous user identifier, and standard device telemetry.
    Privacy policy: https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/
  • OneSignal, Inc. — push notification delivery. Receives a subscription identifier, the App's language tag, and the standard device telemetry it collects during registration.
    Privacy policy: https://onesignal.com/privacy_policy

Both partners process data on servers located outside your country. By using the App you consent to that transfer; both partners maintain standard contractual safeguards (GDPR/CCPA frameworks where applicable). Cookies set inside the built-in browser are operated by whichever website you've loaded — those websites are not under our control and operate under their own privacy policies.

Control

Plenty of dials, no fine print.

  • Reset advertising ID: Android Settings > Privacy > Ads (path varies slightly by manufacturer; on Pixel-class devices: Settings > Google > Ads). You can reset the ID or opt out of personalised advertising entirely.
  • Revoke notification permission: Android Settings > Apps > 1x: fruits > Notifications, or simply toggle off the Daily Reminder in the App's own Settings. The system-level switch also stops OneSignal push notifications.
  • Delete on-device data: Android Settings > Apps > 1x: fruits > Storage > Clear data, or simply uninstall the App. Both wipe favorites, notes, photos, the bar inventory, the shopping list, the anonymous identifier, and the built-in browser's cookies and local storage.
  • Access, correction, or deletion of attribution / push data held by our partners: email [email protected] and we'll handle it (or pass the request to AppsFlyer / OneSignal on your behalf where required). California residents have the additional right to opt out of the sale of personal information; we do not sell personal information, but the request channel is the same email address.

Notes

Children. 1x: fruits contains cocktail recipes and ABV (alcohol by volume) information; it is intended for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction (21 and older in the United States, 18 in most others). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below the legal drinking age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

Changes. We update this policy occasionally — when we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top changes. For anything material (a new third-party service, a new permission, a new category of data collected) we will surface a more visible notice in the App. Continued use after the update means you're OK with the change; if not, uninstalling the App is always an option.

Contact. Privacy questions, deletion requests, and bug reports of a privacy nature: [email protected]. General support: [email protected] or via the in-App Support page. We reply within 5 business days for privacy queries; the contact form aims for 2 business days for general support.
